The layout of the machine is studied to fit in the spaces available in these type of prodcuction processes. For brand new lines, the solution is a complete and economic lubrication kit, while for existing Feintool ones we provide a special replacing kit for outdated and malfunctioning lubrication units. The control allows to monitor the fluid flow and set all air/oil parameters, very important in order to give high standard results. Our consolidated Manifold technology ensures a uniform distribution of the lubricant on the blank surface, reducing the amount of scraps and oil consumption.
